We work closely with our customers to provide them with armrest covers cut and sewn to specific requirements. We cut and sew Leather, Vinyl, Foam backed Fabric and a wide range of technical textiles as specified by our customers.

Once delivered, our customers then apply the cover to the armrest, which is then sent to a wide range of OEM’s. Our armrest covers and be found in some of the most popular and fastest selling vehicles in todays market.

Not solely limited to cars, we can also manufacture armrest covers for trains and trucks etc.

All products are cut and sewn on state of the art machinery to ensure today’s high quality standards and cost targets are achieved. For example, our leather is cut using high quality camera technology that automatically finds defects and faults in the hide. These faults are then removed from the final product and material optimisation software places the shape of the cut components on the hide to achieve the best possible yield. This allows us to lower the amount of material required to produce each part.
